Returns - ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY
Online purchases can be returned up to 14 days after the shipping date, in it's original packaging with original tags attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable, the customer will also be responsible for covering the shipping charges of the returning merchandise. To begin the return process please contact us via email at hello@poshandpixie.com. Once your return is approved you will be provided with further instructions.
Posh&Pixie has the right to deny any return that does not comply with our returnable standards.
In-Store Returns:
In-store purchases can be exchanged or a store credit issued 14 days after the purchase date, you must have your receipt or gift receipt in order to complete an exchange or store credit. All seasonal and/or sale merchandise will be final sale.
Shipping Costs:
We ship for a $12 flat rate Canada wide. Orders are fulfilled within 1-5 business days of being placed. All orders are shipped expedited (1-3 business days) via Canada Post, and a tracking number will be provided. Most orders shipped within Canada will take 7-10 business days to be delivered, should no issues arise. Orders can not be guaranteed to arrived within a certain time, this is to act as a guideline as to what to expect.
